In accordance with our purpose, students are not admitted on an individual basis, but solely on the recommendation of their Churches, whether financially sponsored by the Church or not.
1. Application forms are obtainable from the Registrar of TCNN. A non-refundable fee of N750.00 in Bank Draft made payable to TCNN must be sent before application forms can be released. Candidates can also obtain forms in person by cash. Envelopes carrying request for application forms should be accompanied by a self-addressed envelope measuring about 25cm x 20cm (10" x 8") and affixed with a normal postage rate. The cost will be reviewed annually.
2.The deadline by which completed application forms must reach the College is normally the 31st December of each year prior to the June/September in which the person wants to begin the programme.
3.All completed application forms should go through the Head Office of the Church of the applicant. The form should be signed and stamped by the highest official of the candidate's church denomination. The College conducts a written entrance examination for Degree candidates. The examination and interview is normally held the first Friday and Saturday of each February.

Admission to the Master's of Theology Degree:
The application form for the MTH programme is available from the College. It should be signed and stamped by the highest official of the candidate's church denomination.
The interview for the Master's programme will be held in April or May preceding the course of study. The precise date is available from the Registrar of the College. Please email info@tcnn.org for more information.
WOMEN'S SCHOOL
Married students are encouraged
to bring their wives to the College so that those who are able can study
in the main College or Women's School. At the Women's School wives
study (in English or Hausa) courses on the Bible, Theology and Church History
as well as practical courses such as cooking, sewing and family health
care. Wives with adequate qualifications may enter any of the courses
taught in the main College. Those who are unable to bring their wives
must consult the College. It is preferable for a wife to join her
husband for at least one of his years of training, preferably the last
year, in consultation with the College. The emphasis for the women
is on basic theological or religious training and home economics in order
to prepare these wives to be effective co-workers with their husbands in
the ministry.
In married quarters, priority is given
to students coming with their families, and those families of final year
students will be given priority.
CHILDREN
Up to three young children may
be brought, and in addition one child who must not be older than 12 years
to look after the young children so that both parents can attend classes.
There are afternoon classes for the children looking after the younger
ones so that they too are able to have some education.
